The management of Team England take privacy very seriously - we collect a very limited amount of data on our members and users, and take measures to ensure that data is collected and stored securely.
In the process of running and managing the team, we collect some data on our applicants and community members, such as names, emails, Discord usernames etc. This information is collected and stored via Google Forms and Documents, which feature market-leading levels of security and encryption available to prevent access by other parties.
In addition to this no information we collect is shared with or sold to any other party, outside of the services used to manage your participation with the organisation, such as Google to manage our forms, PayPal to process any payments you make to us, Best Coast Pairings to run any events you participate in, and so on.
Please note that data shared publicly, such as your names on Discord or BCP, may also be shared on our website as these are considered already in the public domain. If you would like any of this information to be removed just let us know.
You may request details of all the personal information we hold on you, and which of our 3rd Party providers also hold information about you, by e-mailing teamengland40k@gmail.com, and someone will respond within 14 working days.
For data security purposes we may need to verify you are the subject before we can give out such information.
We do not charge a fee for providing this information, unless the requests are more than once per month in which case a fee of £12 will be charged for each separate request.
You have the right to be provided with the personal data we hold about you in an easily portable format, such as a Comma Separated Values (CSV) file, to aid in the transfer of this data elsewhere.
We will not keep data for longer than is necessary, though in some cases data will be kept indefinitely unless we are requested to do otherwise. For example, records of squad members and applications may be kept indefinitely for historical records purposes, unless you request the data to be deleted.
We can delete all personal data we hold about you on request at any time, and also provide assitance with having your data deleted by any of the third parties listed above should you need it. Please email teamengland40k@gmail.com to request this. Please note however that if you request this it may prevent you from participating in events and activities we organise.
